What helps relieve minor skin irritations such as eczema and psoriasis?

Pine Tar
There are many plants in nature that help relieve the irritation that often occurs with eczema and psoriasis. We use a variety of these plants on our skin products. Pine Tar comes from Pine trees and is said to help sooth itching and flakiness of the skin. Calendula, part of the Marigold family, contains anti-inflammatory properties which helps to reduce swelling and dryness as well as retaining moisture in the skin. Try one of our pine tar and calendula soap bars for any eczema or psoriasis issues.

Calendula
We have already had the pleasure of hearing positive feedback about our calendula soap bars for a customer with eczema.  It has worked so well for them they returned to us to order an entire loaf of our calendula soap! Great to hear such wonderful feedback about our products!

Natural Bug Spray

We introduced our natural bug spray this Spring 2015 and it has been a huge success! After doing some research we came up with two different scents containing essential oils said to repel bugs. In addition to being a bug repellent, the spray is a skin moisturizer. Floral is lavender, lemongrass and peppermint scented, Woodsy is cedarwood, rosemary, eucalyptus and peppermint scented. Sometimes i will spray myself just for the aromatherapy properties of the essential oils and how it makes me smell.

I have also discovered I can use these bug sprays on my two dogs! Earlier this year my dogs continuously had ticks and mosquito bites on them after being outside. After spraying them with our natural bug sprays before letting them outside I noticed they no longer attracted ticks nor had any mosquito bites!

Our bug spray is FREE of toxic pesticides!!

West Coast To Midwest

Our family about 15 years ago.
MacSuds Soap Co. is made up of my Mom, Sandi, the business woman and artist behind this whole creation, me, Tabitha, the tester of products, and helper of new creations and scents; and very soon my sister, Heather, as a sales consultant in the Texas area. Our dad, Greg, is also involved in our family business as the craftsman of our soap dishes. We have all recently transitioned to the Midwest from Northern California within the last few years. Our parents, my husband and I have settled down in Excelsior Springs, Missouri, while my sister, Heather is stationed at Ft. Hood in Texas as she is currently serving in the United States Army.
